I reside somewhat isolated at the end of a lengthy elevated power line. This means that autumn thunderstorms often interrupt electricity supply, sometimes for a day or two. Consequently, I have a Lister backup generator on hand. To monitor the electrical output, I acquired dials for current, voltage, and frequency from eBay. I believe they look neat in this box, and yes, I drew inspiration from Roberto in Futurama. I also crafted a box to hold switches and dials for starting and stopping, as well as remotely monitoring the engine's operation. The generator featured in the picture belongs to my brother, but it is identical in type to mine.
