Electric Clavichord

I bring to you my electric clavichord design. It is a fully playable 25 key monster of an instrument. PLEASE NOTE: This project is not for the faint of heart! It contains a lot of small and large printed parts that may require some fine tuning, such as sanding or drilling holes, etc. Multiple non-printable parts must be sourced for this instrument to be fully functional. Quick sound test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMKRCH3f2e4&feature=youtu.be Instructions For complete printing and assembly instructions, please visit my website at http://www.diywontdie.com/clavichord.html. Print settings: Bases - 100% infill. Printing on a side orientation is recommended. Keys - 10-20% infill. It is best to print on either the side or upright. Key extensions - 20-50% infill. This part should be printed either upright or upside down, and it is crucial that they do not warp around the hole. Bridge - 30% infill printed in an upright orientation. Tuner mount - 100% infill when printing upside down. This part holds a lot of tension, so solid infill is required. Key holder - 20-50% infill and should be printed in an upright position. Pickup ring - 20-50% infill and should be printed upside down. All parts are printed at 0.2mm layer height, and supports are not necessary! Bill of Materials: Printed Parts: White Key 1 x4 White Key 2 x6 White Key 3 x4 White Key 4 x1 Black key x10 Key Holder x2 *All other parts are required in single quantities.
