Here's my battery box with mounting brackets, and the 110mm x 95mm x 220mm battery is secured in three separate sections within its casing. The bottom bracket has a lid that seals out moisture and harsh weather conditions. I've added multiple coats of paint to make the case water-tight. This design requires a substantial amount of filament due to its size and strength demands, likely necessitating an entire roll if 3D printing is your chosen method. My current version may lack elegance, but perhaps a creative designer can breathe new life into it with some visual flair. As for the bike mount, I repurposed an old battery from a bottle design - now put to good use as part of this DIY project.
