This fits snugly onto your KX1 QRP ham radio, safeguarding its knobs and front panel. It relies on three rectangular bars that rest against the top panel without touching any lettering, preventing scuffs from forming.\nThe lower section features two clips with overhangs that angle upwards, designed to be printed in ABS using a ROBO3D printer without support material, as I did by printing them with the fan off. To ensure a secure fit, bend the clip arms inward slightly by warming them over a candle and bending them a few degrees. When joining the two parts together with glue, make sure the orientation is correct so that the radio's tuning knob fits into the lid's recess.
