Elecom EX-G PRO Gaming trackball Riser
thingiverse
I personally found the flat angle of the Elecom EX-G Pro Gaming trackball to be quite uncomfortable for extended use and decided to design a solution. A 25-degree riser that uses a compliant mechanism to extend the DPI and Pairing buttons, provides a hole for the power switch, and offers a dongle storage slot has been created to address this issue. This riser is designed to work in conjunction with flexible filament for the compliant mechanism to function properly. The goal of designing this riser was to reduce the risk of developing carpal tunnel syndrome by increasing the angle of the trackball. By providing an ergonomic solution, it makes extended use much easier and more comfortable. I printed the riser myself and found that it worked perfectly with no additional cleanup required. The design is intended to fit the mouse snugly, requiring a moderate amount of force to attach it securely in place.
