I successfully printed this model using wood PLA, and the result is quite impressive. The fit is remarkably snug, which is exactly as intended to ensure a secure connection to the mini USB port. However, it's possible that the slot for the mini USB may need to be slightly enlarged, depending on the specific charger being used. I designed this model around a charger that came with my Galaxy S4, and it fits perfectly. Enjoy using your new print!
