I crafted this model with wood PLA, and it turned out very well made. The fit is tight but it's designed that way to achieve a strong connection to the mini USB. The slot for the mini USB may need to be expanded, depending on what you're using. I built this one around a charger that came with my Galaxy s4 - it fits perfectly. Enjoy!
