I have designed 3 option which is replace of ELE21-DRW-00090-REV00Option 1: ele21-option_01Option 2: ele21-option_02Option 3: ele21-option_03For Option 1: H2 flows into EL21-DRW-00038-REV02, then passed the ELE21-OPTION_01. The inner section design of ELE21-OPTION_01 is in hexagon shape, which allows lot of surface contact. And small hole which allows few H2 which is ready to escape without moisture contact.Also there is a larger area at the bottom, hopefully which reduce the pressure and H2 to can easily escape from water.For Option 2: H2 flows into EL21-DRW-00038-REV02, then passed the ELE21-OPTION_02. The inner section design of ELE21-OPTION_02 is in hexagon shape, which allows lot if surface contact. Due to this there is possibility to absorb moisture. Also there is a slating cut which can useful for H2 to escape from water molecules. For Option 3: H2 flows into EL21-DRW-00038-REV02, then passed the ELE21-OPTION_03. The inner section design of ELE21-OPTION_03 is in hexagon shape, which allows lot if surface contact. Due to this there is possibility to absorb moisture. There is a split path which will allow h2 with lower possible contact with water moleculesLathe is good enough for manufacturing these partsThe design prefer the easy possible way for manufacturing without any extra training required for assembly section.
