Eldryn Bio-Drone (28mm scale)
pinshape
Well, here it is. The undeniable proof that anyone can create affordable, tabletop-quality, 28mm scale miniatures using a 3D printer. Konstantin Krieger printed this model on his Incube3D SLA printer for me, and I'm excited to share the finished product after painting it. This model was just as easy to paint as any Games Workshop or Reaper miniature. As an aside, working with the "Cthulhu palette" is a true delight. A couple of quick notes: We're currently running a Kickstarter campaign for our 15mm scale sci-fi buildings that I've been showcasing over the last few weeks, so if you're into 15mm scale gaming and don't have a printer of your own, please consider pledging to get some cool swag! To celebrate our new campaign, we've made the PDF version of our tabletop RPG, Wayfarer: Things Beyond Wonder free to download until May 15th. If you enjoy tabletop roleplaying, be sure to check it out and share it with your friends. We've also set up a Patreon page for anyone interested in supporting us so we can continue creating free and open-source games like Pocket-Tactics, Wayfarer Tactics, and others, as well as our growing collection of gaming miniatures that you're welcome to use freely! By the way, we take commissions and requests.
