The Elder Wand is one of three Deathly Hallows created by Death herself to be wielded by the most powerful wizard of all time. It is a wand made of elder wood, with a core of dragon heartstring and an unyielding grip that makes it nearly impossible for anyone else to handle, except for those who have disarmed its previous master or killed its last true master.
