I'm stoked you're reworking my design into something fresh for your campaign! I gave you permission to remix it because I know how much creativity goes into world-building. To take it to the next level, you modified the elder brain by carefully lifting it out of its liquid bath, then attached some menacing tentacles to give it a more sinister appearance. By shrinking the size of the brain, you made room for the eerie green liquid to be visible from multiple angles. Finally, adding a row of illithid skulls around the base added an extra layer of malevolence to this already terrifying creature.
