The boat is meticulously constructed to scale, featuring numerous exterior details such as guns, mounts, cockpits, torpedo tubes or torpedoes, depth charges, and other components. Many elements can be animated, including gun turrets, mount controls, rudders, propellers, and weapon releases (if present). The model is fully textured. PT boats were fast-moving torpedo vessels used by the US Navy in WWII to target larger ships; "PT" denotes their classification as Patrol Torpedoes.
