Crafted nearly to scale, this model boasts numerous exterior details such as guns, mounts, cockpits, torpedo tubes or torpedoes, depth charges, and other features. Many elements are animatable, including weaponry, controls, rudders, propellers, depth charge releases, and torpedoes (if included). Fully textured, the boat is a replica of the PT boats used by the US Navy in WWII for attacking larger ships; "PT" signifies "Patrol Torpedo." The Elco Naval Division's boats were the longest among the three types of PT boats utilized during that period.
