This is an easy and effective way to fit a smaller 35mm diameter ELCO in a 40mm metal holder. To prevent slippage use 1 wind of electrical tape on the base of the new ELCO. Apply the 2 halves and press-fit the metal ring around it. Tighten the nut and bolt untill it's very tight.
