I designed an adapter for the ELCAN Spectre DR, dubbed Killflash. However, I encountered difficulties modeling a thread that would securely attach to the Spectre, so I integrated tabs that allow you to utilize 1/8" shock or elastic cord to fasten it to the scope. The adapter will press-fit onto the front of the scope, and the shock cord will ensure its secure positioning.
