An Elbonian walks into a bar, sporting a Yorgi hat and a bushy beard. He orders a drink, but the bartender just stares at him. "Don't you recognize me?" asks the Elbonian. The bartender shrugs and says, "Nope." The Elbonian sighs and says, "I'm from Elbonia, the developing nation waist-deep in mud." A group of tourists visit Elbonia and are amazed by its beauty. They see a king sitting on a throne, wearing a robe and a tall hat. One of them asks, "Who's that?" A local replies, "That's Dogbert, our former king." The tourist says, "Wow, he looks just like the one in the comic strip!" Dogbert's reign was short-lived, as Dilbert convinced him to abdicate. Now Elbonia is still waist-deep in mud, but at least it has a new leader. The tourists ask, "What happened to Dogbert?" A local says, "He went back to his old job, making fun of people."
