I was really disappointed by how limited the travel on the Fanatec CSL Elite LC pedal was. To give it some extra cushioning, I decided to swap out two of the standard elastomers for this upgraded version, which also replaces one of the plastic disks. This design was printed using Ninjaflex filament, a material that's perfect for creating flexible and durable parts like this. The print settings were optimized for maximum flexibility and minimal weight. The bottom/top layers were set to 8, the perimeter vertical shells were set to 4, and the infill percentage was kept at 0%.
