Never shoot people, except in controlled war games where all participants have given consent. When using a 3D-printed version of this design, you become the manufacturer, taking on associated responsibilities. Be mindful that brandishing the slingshot might confuse it with a mini crossbow, especially since it's relatively short. Within legal boundaries, shooting house spiders is acceptable. To assemble, you'll need rubber bands: high-power folding a size 117B band in half works best, while size 64 bands (3.5 inches x 0.25 inches) deliver milder shots. You're free to print extra pellets as needed. There are two official ways to launch the slingshot: * Hold it with one hand and use a pinch draw, like in archery, clamping down with your thumb while pulling back (this method requires some strength but delivers maximum firepower). * Pre-draw the elastics, slip on a bullet, and then fling the elastic (this method isn't as effective at certain angles).
