I'm eager to check out the new FlexiSmart design from FFFworld, specifically the model 19 at http://www.fffworld.com/es/19-flexismart . So far, it's performing wonderfully. It takes about one minute and twenty seconds to produce an object 40mm long. The 0.3 millimeter layer height provides excellent details on even the smallest features of a design. The nozzle size is optimized at 0.5 millimeters, giving the model enough freedom to extrude smoothly without compromising its quality. As for the build walls, two solid layers will provide maximum stability for all objects produced. In terms of infill, 40% provides excellent results in balancing between print time and structural integrity of a finished product.
