First, you wrap elastic cord around one leg of the device, then insert it through the hollow center and secure it with a knot or some glue to connect it to the Tugger. To get the best results, I highly recommend using a spring catch or another type of adjustable knot that allows you to fine-tune the tension. This design is made in MM and fits perfectly with platex wide mouth nipples as grippers cut to size.
