Elastic Bandana Buckle
thingiverse
If you don't have a mask, consider using a bandana as a quick fix. However, tying one on can be maddeningly difficult to secure properly without it slipping off, not to mention the frustration of having to untie it repeatedly. To get around this, fold your bandana diagonally and feed the ends through the buckles just like in the pictures. Next, use an elastic to connect them, which adds some much-needed tension and a bit more flexibility. I've found that putting the bandana on first and then rolling over the top 1/2 inch or so helps to tighten it around the nose area rather than applying pressure directly to the tip of the nose. 5/15: The file has been updated to make it easier to put bandanas on and take them off. The openings are now wider, and there's a notch for guiding the leading corner of the bandana.
