My niece's husband is busy creating protective masks for Coronavirus using his 3D printer, and he asked me to help with a specific spiral design that will be used as the elastic material bands on these masks. The spiral is 5mm high and 2mm thick, making it suitable for printing on a 190 x 190 build platform. Once printed, simply cut the required length to fit your head snugly. To make this process easier, I've attached an STL file that should work with the printer, but I've also included a SolidWorks file in case you need to make any modifications.
