Painting gold accents on my Halloween costume today isn't too out of the ordinary! Nothing overly exciting or groundbreaking planned here! The Steps Moving quickly through this task is quite like taking down El Macho with one swift kick. I'll just follow these straightforward instructions: Draw a circle, add another circle on top, draw a line that connects them both and includes a spot for attaching a chain to hold things together!
