Ekster Wallet Replacement Parts
thingiverse
I had only had my Ekster Senate Cardholder wallet for a few months when it broke in my back pocket, I took it apart and glued the trigger back together, but it broke again within a few days. After seeing their design, I knew I could do better. I designed this to be much more durable, with a thicker trigger and a more robust mechanism. I printed all parts with 100% infill, and after a bit of sanding to get things moving smoothly, it worked perfect. If sanding doesn't get it moving smoothly enough, use some graphite to lubricate it, I shaved down a pencil on sandpaper and sprinkled it inside while moving the mechanism.
