Belt Tensioner For belts GTX, T2 and MXL, use a tooth about 2mm high and a width of 6mm. Help me add more functionality like this. Purchase my designs at pinshape: http://pinshape.com/users/27920-jsirgado The OpenSCAD file is available for editing. Instructions What you need: 1. One screw with a 4mm diameter and 20mm height. 2. A nut that fits a 3mm diameter screw. Specifications: This model measures 25mmx20mmx15mm. Mounting Step 1 - Place the nut inside the belt_house and secure it. Step 2 - Feed the belt through the lateral holes in the belt_house. Step 3 - Create a U-shaped fold in the belt over the nut. Step 4 - Position the belt_pusher between the nut and the belt. Step 5 - Insert the screw into the belt_house until it reaches the nut. Step 6 - Assemble all components on the printer and tighten the belt. Use the screw to apply tension to the belt. Note Ensure you have at least 5mm clearance above for the screw head and below for the belt.
