EKEN H9 Action Camera Mount for 3D printer
thingiverse
I had a CTC 3D printer and an Eken H9 camera that I wanted to combine so I could capture time-lapse videos of my prints. I couldn't find a suitable mount for my camera, so I decided to design and build one myself. The case and parts I created work seamlessly with the accessories that came with my Eken H9 camera. Since they resemble GoPro mounts, I assume they will also be compatible with those cameras (although this has not been tested). To assemble the mount, you'll only need a few extra screws. I had 6mm screws available, so I drilled corresponding holes in the joints and bars. For attaching the mounting bracket to your printer frame, you'll require M3 3mm screws. To replicate my setup as shown in the images, you'll need to print the following components: 1 x case 1 x 18mm bar 1 x 42mm bar 1 x mounting bracket 2 x 3x3 joint Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 1.8 Infill: 100% Notes: I printed this model at a speed of 26mm/s.
