EK Watercooling pump mount for corsair 650d
thingiverse
A simple pump mount for an "EK-XRES 140 Revo D5 PWM" Pump to fit in my "Obsidian Series 650D Mid-Tower" PC case. Unless you have the same case and the same pump, modify the design accordingly. I've included an IronCAD file so you can customize the design as needed. It's recommended to print the parts in a flexible non-brittle material such as PLA/PHA or ABS since they are quite thin. This way, the parts will bend slightly instead of snapping. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Extended Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Notes: I printed my mount with a .6mm nozzle at 0.4 layer height and 1 top layer at approximately 110mm/s. That's why the print quality looks rough, but it gets the job done and doesn't need to be visually appealing. How I Designed This: Measure the holes in your case where you want to mount your pump, then measure the mounting bracket of your pump. Draw a simple mount design on paper, and finally 3D model it. You can see how I did it by looking at the images.
