EK anti cyclone inserts
thingiverse
I reckon PETG is the material of choice here, maybe some other ones will work but definitely no PLA since it will degrade I think. Some water cooling tubes are made out of petg so it should probably be safe printed as well. I printed with 0.2mm layer height with 100% top/bottom layers. Also supports are not needed. I used the "middle" dimensional accuracy setting in Cura. The part is printed upside down so when the EK logo is showing on the right side the print surface will be facing out. So if printed on smooth surface the surface of the insert will be smooth as well. There are two sizes, "tall" is a bit taller but otherwise identical dimensions. I have printed the short one and if fits perfect on my XRES140 Revo D5, your results may vary depending on the printers calibration. MAybe scale it up or down a few percent if friction fit is not met or if the part don't fit.
