Innovation in hammer design is necessary because conventional processes have high maintenance costs and negatively impact maca flour quality, particularly with this type of material. Therefore, identifying an appropriate design is required to achieve a longer lifespan and uniform production. The control variables will be the dimensions and shapes of the hammers.
