Einwegventil - one way valve
thingiverse
One-way valve for air / gas. Can also be used without spring, is then less accurate. Closes very well, my first part. The tube without crossing is only thought of as an extension and a silencer, because when in CAD flanged to the desired length, the air flows over the bowl and thus causes fewer noises. You need: 1x M3x25 screw 2x M3 nut 1x Attachment plate for M3 nut 1x 15mm spring Seal I printed the seal in FilaFlex at 247°C / 0.1mm / 30% Infill / 4.5mm retract / 100mm/s. Without heat bed and only on Frogtape, it works best for me. It has shown that it can be useful to print the seal with 1mm Brim, then you have a very thin layer all around. You must test it. Brim is not necessary for me and does not work well at FilaFlex. Assembly: Put the M3 screw through the seal so that the head is on the smooth side. Screw on one nut and tighten into the depression. Insert the seal into the housing. It should fit directly. Then push the spring to the back (it can also be done without it) and then turn the attachment plate + nut. With the nut you can adjust the force. Comments are welcome.
