Einsy case with heatsinks cutout

<p>Modified Einsy base with precise cutouts for 4x little 9x9mm stepper driver heatsinks such as <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RKHRHJV">these</a>.</p><p>Compatible with the MK3/MK3S/Bear upgrade. The grating on the back has been modified and doesn't include the cuts for the Zero like the original anymore.</p><p>When using the full Bear 2.1 parts, the top rambo upper mount overlaps with the topmost heatsink. I reprinted the upper mount from the <a href="https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade/releases/tag/2.0.0">Bear 2.0 parts</a> which is less wide instead of modifying it.</p>
