I wanted to modify the hackaholic RPi case to mount it closer to my Einsy case, so I removed the excess parts from the pi case and drilled new holes that lined up perfectly with the existing holes on the Einsy case. Next, I attached the back plate to the Einsy case, allowing me to easily install the RPi and front plate. To prevent vibration noise, I recommend using a soft buffer between the two case backs - I personally used tack. UPDATE 5/25: I've since created Version 2 of the back plate, which now allows for easy mounting on the original Einsy case without any modifications. Simply drill out the two existing tiny 1mm holes to 3 mm and you're good to go. To make it clear, I've marked the new hole locations in a picture that's attached. Note: Version 1 of the back plate is still compatible with cases like the one found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2749883.
