This is an 180° (210°) calibration scale for servos. Print both parts, secure the top part into the bottom one with glue, then slide the scale onto the servo. Attach a servo arm or some other mechanism as a hand. With this setup, you can easily measure the operation range of the servo and determine the necessary PWM duty cycles to set any specific position.
