Einhell To XT60 (TS100) And USB Adapter Power X Change

thingiverse

This is an adapter to power a device via 24V XT60 and/or USB from a Einhell Power X Change battery. I created it to power my TS100 soldering iron and a fume extractor (aka fan) from the Einhell batteries. Of course, you can power any USB device or 24V-35V-XT60-device from this. For example, I charged my phone with this adapter. Print with support. My support settings in Slic3r worked great: Support on build plate only: yes; XY separation between an object and its support: 3.5mm. The spade crimp connectors and the USB jack get glued into position. I used hot glue. I also attached a version without USB. Edit 2018-08-21: I've attached v1.1 (untested). The only change is, that the place for the usb jack is now 15.6 mm long. Now standard Usb jacks should fit.
