This Wanhao i3 Duplicator V2.1 extruder cooling fan shroud design draws inspiration from pawpawpaw85's innovative [Eiii cooler](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2060590). The i3 Re-Duplicator 3030 aluminum Extrusion relies on the stock cooling solution, but I soon discovered that the extruder plate began to warp over a few months in use. Observing the Eiii cooler up close revealed that it had very limited space for exhaust and lacked airflow directed towards the hottest part of the heatsink - its lower quarter. A note of caution: the radial fan will not fit with the stock sheet metal extruder support plate due to its upward extension above the heatsink, where the old mount for the part fan was located. Edits: On 6/9/2020, I made adjustments by moving the fan closer, shortening the end to accommodate space between the heatsink and extruder front plate, increasing the top height to match the fan mount arm, focusing airflow in the bottom channels to 7.5mm into the heatsink, and upgrading the mount bolt and nut size to M4. I also added printable/removable supports for overhangs. On the same day, I finalized edits to adjust long overhangs up to the build plate and expanded the notch to better fit the fan.
