This is an eclosure for an eight resistor decade, like: https://de.banggood.com/0_1R-9999999R-Programmable-Resistor-Resistance-Board-Eight-Decade-0_1R-Accuracy-1-pencent-1-or-2-Watt-Module-Board-p-1973157.html I have found several housings for a seven decade type, but this one seems to be new. It needs 4 M2 knurled nuts and 4 M2 x 5 mm screws for fixing the board. The board has a 2 pin header, this enclosure also has holes for 2x 4 mm and 2x 2 mm banana plugs.
