A customized version of the lithophane model can be created from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:229961 using the Customizer tool found at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=229961. To personalize it, set hole diameter to 0, upload image file 'fullyparametrizedlithopane20140224-13240-ue6td2-0.dat', set hole border to 0, adjust minimum layer height to 0.2, set lithophane border to 2, choose a height of 2 and size of 80 for printing.
