Eibos Cyclops Dehydrator Heat Shield / Deflector
thingiverse
This is a remix of the same part by Brad posted here. https://www.thingiverse.com/bradjdewittI think the inspiration behind the remix was to produce a thinner part and with increased airflow. This prints flawlessly on its side and I haven't had any issue with filament warping since I installed it in my Eibos a year ago. I used up some old prusament ASA for this print and a year later it has no signs of warping. I have read that the same print using PETG has warped for some users. I generally run my dehydrator at 45-50 degrees for 4-8 hrs and then store my rolls in vacuum bags when I am finsihed the print. I live in a very humid climate and have had no issues since I started dehydrating even my PLA. Enjoy and let me know how it works for you.
