Ei9ht - Front Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
A Larger Version is on the Horizon My own design of a front belt tensioner for Anet A8 enthusiasts takes center stage. This upgraded version boasts two easily printed body parts that seamlessly connect to form one cohesive unit. Key features include: 1. A Pulley with enlarged diameter edges to minimize belt wear and tear. 2. Two upper stops designed to prevent the print head from hard screwing into the bed, a feature still under experimentation but included for its potential benefits. 3. An additional Push Bar that reinforces the frame of the printer, enhancing overall stability. 4. A Nut Plate with center wedges to prevent it from shifting when screwed in place. 5. A specially designed Screw featuring a flat side underneath, making print removal easier.
