Update 09/06/2019: First example printed and seems okay for now. However, with PLA material and 1.0 mm thickness, it feels a bit flimsy. Using 1.5 - 2.0 mm thickness might be better for this big size. As the design is universal, it can be adapted to make any bobbin size. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to use the Customizer app right now, so all I can do is attach my Fusion project with components inside and hope someone smarter can help me out on how to proceed. If not, the project file is available for anyone to modify as needed. Assembled DIY transformer bobbins designed for EI105 laminate with 62mm packet width. Since transformers normally operate around 70degC or more, PETG or other heat-resistant materials are recommended for printing. This design is still in its early stages and not printed yet! There are three separate components, each printed flat twice to create the necessary parts for assembly. I plan to explore parameterization later and see how it works.
