I scanned an Egyptian plaster bust of a girl using Hendrik Hameeuw's skills with 123D Catch: http://www.123dapp.com/obj-Catch/Egyptian-Bust-plaster-/2204968. The scan was excellent quality, so I just made a few tweaks, adding a plane cut and scaling it for perfect 3D printing with MeshMixer at http://www.3dwp.nl.
