This 3D model was first created using Sketchup 8 before being converted to all other 3D file formats. The native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scene uses 2016 version and was rendered with Vray 3.00. It's the same house, but now featuring an interior design that perfectly matches the original dimensions of the model. Room sizes are consistent with the model to provide a cohesive look. The new representation takes an old building style and adds modern touches for a refreshing update. To better fit its surroundings, the ground texture has been changed from grass to a more suitable sandy material. This simple addition brings the area's landscape to life. One of the rooms was reconfigured to feature thirds for two separate bathrooms and closets; another room now showcases halves for an efficient 2-closet layout. The kitchen space was carefully positioned to accommodate typical household uses, while nearby laundry facilities round out this fully-functional living space. The interior was added in response to user demand, and its versatile design also lends itself well to Southwestern-style homes.
