eGPU Enclosure | Designed for AKiTiO Thunder2 + ITX GPU

A custom eGPU enclosure tailored specifically for the PCB from an AKiTiO Thunder2, with other AKiTiO PCBs potentially compatible as well. Engineered to snugly fit an MSI Aero ITX GPU, while featuring screw holes precisely sized for #4-40 machine screws. The design allows for the optional use of a metal insert from the original enclosure to securely hold the GPU in place. This is currently a prototype design, and my initial print in PLA revealed several issues that need to be addressed: - Walls were found to be too thin, resulting in a fragile and flexible structure. - Screw hole placements may vary slightly, so it's essential to verify them against the measured dimensions of your PCB. - The back cutout might require widening to ensure access to both top and bottom GPU ports. - The exterior surface is not smooth due to the current printing technique.
