EGO eBike Controller Mount

This is a Custom EGO Battery Mount designed to fit snugly into the grooves of my eBike controller, which came with the conversion kit I purchased from Amazon's AW brand. The mount is based on Matt Hoover's innovative design for the OneWheel. To install the battery terminals, simply refer to the instructions provided on that page. Once installed, the mount is securely held in place by removing the end plate of the controller and sliding the tabs between the "fins" on the side of the controller. Afterward, replace the end plate, and your controller can be mounted to a bike rack or any other stable surface. For optimal results, I recommend printing the mount with its tallest orientation. This will ensure a secure fit for the battery, which should stay in place even over bumps. However, for added peace of mind, consider adding a strap to hold the battery firmly in place while riding.
