Ego Battery Adapter to X60 connector for ebike Update: Added v2. Include mount hole on top as well as hole for screw together instead glue. This is a reminx from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2949738. Assemble instruction: 1. Print the Ego adaptor 2. Print the Ego terminal blocker 3. Print the Ego mount 4. Create the terminal wire (see below) 5. Push in the terminal wire and then insert the "terminal blocker" 6. You can either glue or use screw to secure the Ego adapter to the Ego mount 7. Then remove the bike bottle holder and screw it in To create the terminal: 1. Look for sheet metal 2. Cut two pieces (size 52.5 x 22.5 mm). To get the thickness, cut twice as long and then folder in half. 3. Solder two 12 gauge wires. Depend on your sheet metal, this may be a bit tough as they don't still to solder. First, sand the side that you going to solder. The negative terminal will be right side while the position terminal will be on the left side. Then, apply some solder flux as this will help to absorb the solder. Heat up the plate first add a blob of solder. Then joint with the wire. 4. On the other end, solder to XT60 female connector The version 1 works great but when you mount it upside down, it does vibrate quite a bit. Now with version 2, add a third mounting hole on top. In addition, you can now screw the two pieces together with M5 screw instead glue.
