Eggtimer Sled BT55
thingiverse
This thing was designed with Tinkercad, and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6OQiYlPEzfQ. Printed with 30% infill using PLA filament. Supports are recommended, but a raft is not necessary; however, you will need to remove the supports where the tiny hex nuts are located. The sled fits directly into a BT-55 without any modifications needed. There is also room for an Lipo battery to be installed underneath. Large mounting holes have been provided for attaching the sled to larger AV Bay assemblies. Use Button Head M3 or M4 screws for secure attachment. Small holes have been drilled for #1 x72 Socket head hex screws to provide additional stability. Optional: you can drill two 1/8" holes on the flat area near the left end of the sled to securely hold power wires in place using a cable tie. A machined groove has also been added underneath for further customization options.
