Egg Tray with label

Our brand new fridge came without an egg tray! And the compartment won't fit a standard egg carton! This fits a tray that measures 230mm by 145mm. You can find more about this project on my profile at treatstock.com/jeff. **Print Settings** * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer Model: MTW MendelMax 3 Dual Extruder * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.200 mm * Infill: 30% * Outline/Shells: 2 The project was printed with Simplify3D using White PLA, Yellow PLA, and Black PLA. For the label, I used two printing processes and switched to black at a thickness of 1.6mm. To orientate the label for printing, lay it flat on the bed. Check out the picture for tray orientation. **Post-Printing** After printing, use UV curable resin (like Bondic) to glue the label onto the front.
