Egg Mold

Egg Mold

An Egg Mold for crafting egg-shaped ice-eggs, gelatinous creations, decorations for an otherworldly horror movie-night or even egg-shaped pralines. This "Thing" is designed to be sliced with slic3r using 0.45 mm perimeters and 25% overlap settings (default values for "Original Prusa" 0.4mm nozzle profiles). Printing with alternative settings is possible but not advisable. Printing with the recommended settings will produce a print with exactly four walls, e.g., two perimeters on both inside and outside. The tolerance of the supplied .stl file is 0.25mm wall-to-wall; if you require an stl with higher tolerance, please comment or simply sand the surfaces slightly. If you desire a larger or smaller mold, kindly comment instead of resizing it. I take pride in designing 'optimal' STLs for given slic3r/cura settings; a bigger mold will not necessarily necessitate thicker walls, but all molds must be capable of holding liquids. The notches on the top and bottom parts are designed for attaching rubberbands to prevent the cap from floating.
