Small: Insert-able Length 68mm(2.68"), Diameter 37mm(1.46") Medium: Insert-able Length 79mm(3.11"), Diameter 46mm.(1.81") Large: Insert-able Length 90mm(3.54"),Diameter 53mm(2.09") Small Mold volume: 70ml (2.37 floz) Medium Mold Volume: 90 ml (3.04 floz) Large Mold Volume: 125 ml (4.23 floz) - Each has a mold and the actual plug itself depending on how you are going to mold them. - mold has location for 2 10mm dowels and an alignment cap - can be scaled, cut and glued together to any size you want - Use Platinum Cure Silicone, Shore Hardness 10 = firm, 5 = Medium (ish), 3 = soft. Smooth-On is a good source ___________________________________________________________________ - for a quick and dirty toy (will have flashing that needs to be cleaned up) you can use the 3d printed molds - https://www.billieruben.info/post/3d-printing-sex-toys-a-quick-easy-and-safe-method - You could also sand and clear coat the mold halves, using Vaseline to seal the halves (note: silicone touching Vaseline will not set so make sure it doesn't squeeze into the mold cavity during assembly. So don't use too much in other words) - Print with thick walls ex: 4 layers or more - if going the wax route don't let the molten wax sit in the mold too long, it softens the plastic and you will loose detail ________________________________________________________________ - you can also just print the dick it self, sand it smooth, seal and make a mold the old fashion way, use this way for the best results. ______________________________________________________________ - I recommend printing vertical if possible to get the resolution. - also need some 5mm dowels to align the top but not 100% needed. - pour the silicone to just bellow the surface then right at the end of the pot life smush the top on using pins (ex skewers) in the alignment hole and a weight to keep it from moving - a good resource for silicone toy making: https://vimeo.com/candiru - Have Fun!!
