Egg Beater Handles for Old-Style Swift-Whip Ball Drive Eggbeaters Made in Australia. These Handles are Fully Parameterised Designs with Two Parts: Top Handle and Crank Handle Knob. The Metal of the Eggbeater Outlasts Even the "War on Terror," But Wooden and Plastic Handles Break After a Century or Two. My Grandfather Used This Very Same Eggbeater to Discipline His Kids During World War II. These Replacement Handles are Designed for Retro-Fit onto Riveted Rods with a Spherical Section Cylinder Feature. The Included SCAD File Features a Useful Function to Create Spherical Section Cylinders. Instructions: Note That There Are Two Types of Swift-Whip Eggbeaters, One with Wooden and the Other with Plastic Handles. Check the Crank Dimensions Against the SCAD File Before Printing, as These are Different Between Models. The Handles Are Designed for Retro-Fit onto Riveted Rods, so Clean Up Any Bumps in the Inside Surfaces. Run a Thin Sanding Tool (Like 200-Grit) Along the Split Line to Flush Out Any Rough Edges. Before Gluing Together, Run the Rod Through the Hole Several Times to Inset it Properly. To Smooth Out the Round Rod-Hole on the Crank Handle, Attach Fine Sandpaper to the Top-Handle Rod and Move the Crank Handle Parts Back and Forth Across It. Glue with Epoxy or ABS Solvent Glue.
